Rosalyn Yvette Sims serves as Treasurer on the Board of Directors. In 2017, she retired from the federal government as a Human Resource Manager with the Department of Defense. She has a B.S. degree in Technical Management (Cum Laude) from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. She and her husband, Wallington, are high school sweethearts who celebrate 38 years of marriage. They are the proud parents of an adult daughter, Latoya, and grandson, Nasir. Rosalyn is an insightful speaker to military spouses. She loves sharing her experiences as a military wife while her husband served the Marine Corp.
Rosalyn has a sincere love for people. Therefore, she serves as Co-Chair of New Hope Church of God’s Hospitality ministry. She also volunteers her time, weekly, in the NHCOS Food Distribution Center.
